Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard delivery. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

All items from The LOTC Shop are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

How should I care for my items?

Each product includes care instructions on the label or in the product description. 

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.  Standard Canadian shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are currently offering free shipping for Canadian orders over $100. For any other orders, shipping rates will be determined at checkout based on total item weight and current shipping rates which are subject to change at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship within Canada . Stay tuned—U.S & international shipping may be added in the future!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us via email (hello@lifeonthecourt.com) as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
